Guaranteed Reservations:
All reservations made through the website must be guaranteed to a major credit card. Pre-payments will be charged to the credit card immediately for Special Event dates.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations for a hotel room reservation must be received by the hotel at least 24-hours prior to the arrival date. If cancellation of a guaranteed reservation is not received by the required date, the Hotel will charge your credit card for one night's accommodation. Please obtain a cancellation number for your record.

**Except for Special Event Dates. All rooms must be canceled either 14 or 30 days prior to the arrival date, depending on the event.

Additional Nights:
